How I work

As an integrative psychotherapist I’m not tied to single approach. Instead, I work in a dynamic therapeutic relationship with you to shape the work around your personal needs. This process calls on my knowledge of established person-centred and psychodynamic theories, and on contemporary and emerging research, particularly from the field of neuroscience.

One thing that never changes, however, is my non-judgemental commitment to honour your story.

I specialise in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, shame, anger, existential despair, loneliness and isolation, eco-anxiety, and with issues around personal identity, sex and relationships.

I am happy to see clients face-to-face at my practice in Kington, Herefordshire, or online.

Integration is the capacity to adapt oneself to reality plus the critical capacity to make choices and to transform that reality.’
